VetraBLOX 0.3.144
- The Tree is now a procedurally generated leafy tree in a grassy clearing. Encounters in other games grow a different tree each time.
- The Tree's description is now "Why can i get rid of the DAUM TREE?"

VetraBLOX 0.3.143
- The Tree is a new VetraBLOX place. Admins can let its temporary encounter appear in selected games and remove it everywhere at once.
- Admins can send announcements from the website into running games.

VetraBLOX 0.3.142
- Games ask the website directly for assets by client year, reducing the wait caused by the local asset server. Older links embedded in places still work through the compatibility helper.

VetraBLOX 0.3.141
- Windows XP and Vista: shirts, faces, the health bar and other assets load right away now. Before, every one took over 10 seconds and often never showed up.

VetraBLOX 0.3.140
- Games load assets, textures and sounds much faster: on newer Windows every one could wait about 2 seconds before it even started loading.
- Over 4,000 classic Roblox assets from Novetus's library are on the VetraBLOX servers now, so old sounds, textures and meshes Roblox no longer hands out show up again.

VetraBLOX 0.3.139
- 2010 and 2011 games start much faster on the servers: a bigger place took up to a minute or two to open (you waited on "Starting ..., just a moment"), now about 5 seconds.

VetraBLOX 0.3.138
- roblox.com links in the games (Help, the wiki, the start pages, the About box) go to r3blox.net now. The games download once more to get this.
- The "site is down" page also works in old Internet Explorer (Windows XP).

VetraBLOX 0.3.137
- Beta: 2011 games on the VetraBLOX servers know their place: game.PlaceId is the website's place ID and game.CreatorId its creator, so "admin for the creator" scripts work.

VetraBLOX 0.3.136
- Your Discord status shows the VetraBLOX "V" icon.

VetraBLOX 0.3.135
- Beta: a 2011 game from before the June 2011 update is replaced by the new one the next time you play 2011. The old one couldn't join the servers ("ID=11").

VetraBLOX 0.3.134
- Discord shows what you're playing: the game, online or solo, the client year and how long you've been on (or "Building in Studio"). Turn it off in Settings: "Show what I'm playing on Discord".

VetraBLOX 0.3.133
- Games that load models with InsertService:LoadAsset work in 2009, 2010 and 2011 (they used to get nothing).
- Some hats, gear and models from old Roblox came through still compressed and never showed up. They load now.
- Beta: 2011 games can tell who your friends are and which groups you are in (Player:IsFriendsWith, IsInGroup), from your VetraBLOX friends and groups.
- Beta: 2011 data persistence works on the VetraBLOX servers: SaveNumber, SaveString, SaveBoolean and friends are kept for each player and each game, and come back next time you play.

VetraBLOX 0.3.132
- Edit with friends is gone. Build your places in Studio, then upload the new version on the place's Edit Game page.
- New Edit Game page for your places: change the name, description, client, genre and whether it's on the Games page, or upload a new place file.
- Beta: the 2011 client is now the complete June 2011 build (it has graphics settings and shaders). Joining 2011 games works with it: players were dropped right after joining.

VetraBLOX 0.3.131
- Beta: 2011 places get pictures on the website, and 2011 games use your anti-aliasing and shadow settings.

VetraBLOX 0.3.130
- Beta: the 2011 client (work in progress, beta testers only): Play Solo, hosting a 2011 server, joining 2011 games, and making 2011 places on the website.

VetraBLOX 0.3.129
- The 2010 client is out for everyone! Play 2010 games from the website, pick 2010 in Games, and make 2010 places.

VetraBLOX 0.3.128
- Beta: shaders work in the game you're playing. Shader requests went to whichever game started first (usually the launcher's hidden avatar preview), so nothing changed in yours.
- Beta: the Shaders switch now reaches every game the launcher starts, also from a Play link on the website.
- The website inside the games (and in old Internet Explorer) is laid out properly again: columns side by side instead of stacked.

VetraBLOX 0.3.127
- Beta: shaders go on the part you give them, and only there: they used to spill onto the baseplate and other parts nearby and onto the menus. Moving parts keep their shader.
- Beta: custom shaders (RegisterCustomShader) can use the pixel's world position: add "float3 wp : TEXCOORD1" to main's inputs. Patterns made from uv only show on studded faces; smooth faces have no uv to work with.

VetraBLOX 0.3.126
- Beta: hosting a game from your PC works with the Shaders switch on (the server's script got too long for Windows).

VetraBLOX 0.3.125
- Beta: !terminate effects now use the shaders: dust dissolves with the snap shader, confetti charges up in neon and bursts in rainbow, the rocket glows like an aurora, shrink falls into the void, glitch also glitches the screen of whoever it hits. Two new effects: midas (a gold statue that topples and breaks) and hologram (flickers, rises and fades). Players without shaders see the plain effects.
- Beta: games start again with the Shaders switch on (the shader script stopped every game script from running).

VetraBLOX 0.3.124
- Beta: a "Shaders" switch in Settings (off by default). Turn it on to try the new part shaders in 2008, 2009M and 2010; turn it off again if a game looks wrong or crashes.
- 2007 games start reliably on servers again: a running 2008 game no longer takes over 2007's game start.

VetraBLOX 0.3.123
- Joining a server hosted on your own PC works again: the game used to close by itself when the map had to start first.
- Beta: 2008 Play Solo has a "Terminate" tool in your backpack (there's no chat in Play Solo). Each click plays the next !terminate effect on yourself, and you come back a moment later.

VetraBLOX 0.3.122
- 2007: game servers start new 2007 places reliably again.

VetraBLOX 0.3.121
- Beta: try the new admin command's effects in 2008 Play Solo: type !terminate (or !terminate dust, confetti, rocket, shrink or glitch). In online games, VetraBLOX admins will use !terminate y|n <player> (y also bans).
- Admin commands in games now work for VetraBLOX admins too, checked by the website so nobody can pretend to be one.

VetraBLOX 0.3.120
- 2007: joining works again ("Connection rejected" since October 12). The game server lost track of its 2007 games when the 2008 picture helpers on the same PC restarted.
- No more script error pop-ups or debugger in Studio's and the games' built-in browser on website pages.
- Part shaders are switched off for now while they're made more stable; games look and run exactly like before them.

VetraBLOX 0.3.119
- Removed experimental visual shader routines and unverified gateway bridge.

VetraBLOX 0.3.118
- Studio, Play Solo, joining and hosting from Advanced set up the game year first if it isn't on your PC yet (they used to say "isn't patched yet").
- No more script error pop-ups in Studio's and the games' built-in browser on any website page (Toolbox and Upload included).
- Website: uploaded T-shirts and faces show the picture itself everywhere (the old grey stand-in could stay in your browser for a day).

VetraBLOX 0.3.117
- Setting up a game year is much faster, especially the second one (VetraBLOX's own files are unpacked once and reused).

VetraBLOX 0.3.116
- The VetraBLOX download is now just VetraBLOX itself (a few MB instead of hundreds). Each game year is downloaded the first time you play it: the original game files from where they were first published, checked file by file and set up on your PC. Updates only download what changed.
- After this update, the first time you play each year it gets set up once more (it may take a minute).

VetraBLOX 0.3.115
- You can uninstall VetraBLOX: it's in Windows' installed apps (Settings > Apps, or Add or Remove Programs on XP), however you installed it. "Uninstall VetraBLOX" is also in its folder.
- Website: uploaded T-shirts and faces show the picture itself instead of a grey stand-in character.

VetraBLOX 0.3.114
- Game updates are much smaller: when a game year changes, VetraBLOX downloads just what changed for that year (usually a megabyte or two) the next time you play it, and sets it up on your PC.
- VetraBLOX now gets the original game files from where they were first published and checks every file before setting it up.
- Downloads work with more websites (VetraBLOX's secure connections now use TLS 1.2, which every site supports).

VetraBLOX 0.3.113
- The game moves the camera to your character by itself now in every year; VetraBLOX doesn't touch your camera anymore.
- 2007: your face is on the front of your head again (it was on the side).

VetraBLOX 0.3.112
- 2007: the camera follows your character again, in games and in Play Solo (it stayed stuck where you first spawned).

VetraBLOX 0.3.111
- 2007: closing the game window closes the game (it kept running in the background until you ended it in Task Manager).
- 2007: Play Solo runs your place on a small server on your PC and joins it, like Novetus does, so the place's scripts, spawning and respawning work like they do online.
- Studio's start page and Help are now the real website: log in there and the start page lists your places, ready to open.

VetraBLOX 0.3.110
- Windows XP: VetraBLOX no longer closes with "A Task's exception(s) were not observed" while you play (a small background job failing took the whole program down).
- 2007: chat works like it did in 2007 (no kids-only safe chat), and joining shows the classic brick count while the place loads.
- Website on Windows XP: buttons work again in Internet Explorer (approving beta testers, announcements, polls, friends and more did nothing).

VetraBLOX 0.3.109
- Beta: when a 2007 game can't connect, the reason is now sent to the team with the debug log, so "Connection rejected" can be tracked down.
- Website: places saved with capital letters in their name (like PLACE.RBXL, common on Windows XP) upload now.

VetraBLOX 0.3.108
- Game servers no longer stop taking players when the website restarts (they hit an error, waited on a message nobody could see, and every join failed until they were restarted).

VetraBLOX 0.3.107
- Game windows show the game's name at the top instead of "Place1" (2007 too, with the VetraBLOX icon).
- Game servers keep answering while the website restarts (before, joining could fail for a few minutes after a website update).
- Fixed game servers crashing when a 2007 game closed (this took joining down for every year for a few minutes).

VetraBLOX 0.3.106
- 2008: the mouse leaves the game window at the edges now (the game grabbed it straight back).

VetraBLOX 0.3.105
- Beta on Windows XP: the game's own debug log is sent to the team again (it was saved where VetraBLOX never looked), so the 2008 mouse problem can be tracked down.

VetraBLOX 0.3.104
- 2008: the mouse works like before again (0.3.103 made the game's cursor drift away from your mouse), and now it leaves the game window when you move it past the edge.

VetraBLOX 0.3.103
- 2008: your mouse can leave the game window again (it got stuck inside until Ctrl+Alt+Del).
- Games react to your input a little faster (VetraBLOX checked the window title in a way that made the game wait).

VetraBLOX 0.3.102
- Game servers keep running games open when the website restarts, and restart themselves if they ever stop taking players.

VetraBLOX 0.3.101
- 2007 Studio (beta): the start page and toolbox load again (Studio opened with an empty page).

VetraBLOX 0.3.100
- Playing 2010 in your browser: the mouse works now (it didn't move at all).
- 2007 (beta): joining a game opens the game itself again, not an empty Studio, and 2007 games have a server again.

VetraBLOX 0.3.99
- Games now have the VetraBLOX icon too (Studio keeps its own VetraBLOX Studio icon).
- The "Checking for updates" window says VetraBLOX instead of LegacyBLOX.

VetraBLOX 0.3.98
- Games and Studio start on Windows XP again (0.3.97 stopped them with a missing api-ms-win-crt file).

VetraBLOX 0.3.97
- Game windows now say VetraBLOX at the top, and Studio has its own VetraBLOX Studio icon.

VetraBLOX 0.3.96
- 2009 and 2010 character pictures now always show shirts and pants (some still came out grey).

VetraBLOX 0.3.95
- Joining a game works again when the server has to start it first: you no longer get "connecting through the website" and then an error while it loads.
- Shirts and pants show up on 2009 and 2010 character pictures (they came out grey or black next to some hats).

VetraBLOX 0.3.94
- LegacyBLOX is now VetraBLOX for everyone! New name, logo and icon; your shortcuts, account and games carry over.
- Chat bubbles, T-shirts on 2008 characters, standing character pictures, bigger places (90 MB) and many fixes from the beta.

VetraBLOX 0.3.93
- LegacyBLOX is now VetraBLOX! New name, new logo and icon. Your shortcuts, account and games carry over by themselves.
- Character pictures stay framed on your character when sparkles fly off a hat.

VetraBLOX 0.3.92
- Character pictures show your character standing (they were sometimes caught mid-fall with the arms up).

VetraBLOX 0.3.91
- Places can now be up to 90 MB (was 20 MB).

VetraBLOX 0.3.90
- T-shirts show up on 2008 characters again (in games and in character pictures).

VetraBLOX 0.3.89
- Leaving a 2010 game no longer asks if you want to save the place.
- Servers no longer close a game that's still starting while someone waits to join it (this could fail browser joins).

VetraBLOX 0.3.88
- 2010 now starts on PCs that don't have Microsoft's Visual C++ 2008 installed (its own copy was set up wrong).
- 2010 games can be played in the browser.
- When an update can't download, the updater now says why.

VetraBLOX 0.3.87
- 2010 has an updated, more complete set of game files.

VetraBLOX 0.3.86
- 2009 and 2010 games now show chat bubbles over players' heads, as well as the chat list.
- 2010 now has its full set of game files: fire, smoke and sparkles show up, and materials and body parts look right.

VetraBLOX 0.3.85
- Catalog pictures for uploaded hats are made again (server fix).

VetraBLOX 0.3.84
- Hats you make with the hat maker now show up (they pointed at meshes the game doesn't have), and uploaded hats get their catalog pictures again.
- Uploaded items are always loaded fresh, so fixes on the website reach your game right away.

VetraBLOX 0.3.83
- Beta testers now use their normal VetraBLOX account: ask for beta access on r3blox.net/Beta.aspx.
- The beta launcher updates itself from the beta channel, and plays on the main site and servers.
- Games for clients that aren't released yet (like 2010) show up for beta testers and admins.
- Beta testers and admins get a BETA TESTER / ADMIN tag on their profile.
- The catalog has a new look, with Browse and Category on the left.

VetraBLOX 0.3.82
- Missing Microsoft runtimes are installed automatically, only when a game needs them (Windows XP said "the application configuration is incorrect" when starting a game).

VetraBLOX 0.3.81
- Windows XP: VetraBLOX, its Setup and its Updater no longer crash on start (XP couldn't read the program icon).
- The website shows properly in Internet Explorer 8 on Windows XP.

VetraBLOX 0.3.80
- Beta Setup now asks for your beta name and password, then downloads (the beta download is private, so it used to stop early).
- Beta games now keep a detailed debug log and send it to the beta site when they close, so problems can be fixed without asking you for files. Passwords and login keys are never included.
- 2009 and 2010: your character no longer loses its face when you wear the default face (Play Solo now; online games once their servers update).
- Games load faster when old Roblox items are missing (they are no longer asked for again and again).
- Tool meshes (swords, bombs) that Roblox no longer gives out now come from the VetraBLOX website instead.

VetraBLOX 0.3.79
- One VetraBLOX for every Windows, from XP (Service Pack 3) to Windows 11! The separate XP launcher is gone: the normal VetraBLOX, Setup and Updater all run on XP now, with your account, the Games list, Play buttons and updates.
- On XP and Vista, games reach the website through VetraBLOX itself, so no extra bridge is needed anymore.
- If VetraBLOX ever can't start, it now tells you why instead of silently closing.
- Fixed the mouse getting stuck inside the 2008 game window (sometimes only Ctrl+Alt+Del got it out). Alt+Tab now always lets the mouse go.
- Fixed "play through the website" on the beta site, which was always refused.
- Windows XP, Vista and 7 need Microsoft's free .NET Framework 4 (Windows 8, 10 and 11 already have it).

VetraBLOX 0.3.78
- Added an XP site bridge for Internet Explorer 8 and old client asset requests, with an IE8 website layout fallback.
- The .NET Framework 4 XP launcher can now point its client at a private VMware site bridge and open IE8's Play links for directly reachable servers.

VetraBLOX 0.3.77
- Added an early Windows XP SP3 launcher for local and LAN play, plus an XP-compatible native client DLL.
- Prepared a 2010L beta host so published 2010 places can start when the host deployment is approved and applied.

VetraBLOX 0.3.76
- Beta 2010L now starts with the required reflection metadata, and its web trust patch accepts the beta and local asset hosts.
- 2010L Play Solo, local multiplayer, and trusted Lua asset loading passed runtime checks.

VetraBLOX 0.3.75
- Catalog capture failures now use the original Novetus item artwork so thumbnails do not stay stale.

VetraBLOX 0.3.74
- Catalog thumbnails now capture the real item in the client, with hats and heads isolated and clothes on a plain form.
- Avatar portraits remove late-loading clothes and face decals before capture.
- Admins can rerender every thumbnail; beta access uses direct admin invitation links.

VetraBLOX 0.3.73
- Avatar thumbnails now start with a fresh character per job, so one account's outfit cannot bleed into another's image.
- Hats and heads render alone; shirts and pants render on a clean clothing form with the real client. Faces and T-shirts keep their original artwork.
- Beta game hosts and their render worker are isolated from the public site, accounts, and client cache.

VetraBLOX 0.3.72
- Public launcher installs now keep 2007 private even when an older client folder remains after an update.

VetraBLOX 0.3.71
- Beta site enrollment, separate beta accounts, and a beta-only 2007 client release. Public downloads contain 2008 and 2009 only.
- Beta builds store settings separately and install updates manually from the beta site.
- Fixed magenta avatar portrait backgrounds by using the renderer's actual sky color and refreshing cached portraits.
- Browser streaming now lets you switch between mobile and laptop/desktop controls, with a saved setting for hybrid devices.

VetraBLOX 0.3.70

- Keep the 2007 published-place transfer open through startup and record each fetch so failed place loads can be diagnosed on the host.

VetraBLOX 0.3.69

- A failed game startup no longer silences a dedicated host's game relay; the host records the startup error and continues serving other places.
- Added official 2007 host deployment support behind the shared public game port.

VetraBLOX 0.3.68

- Added a separate 2007 character outfit on the website and in the launcher, with its own hats, T-shirts, faces, heads, and body colors.
- Linked 2007 play uses that outfit; 2008/2009 shirts and pants stay with the later avatar.
- Added 2007 XML place publishing through the linked launcher and a 2007 filter in the launcher's Games list.
- Published 2007 places can be joined from the site or launcher when a 2007 host is running them.
- The launcher shows when a published game's compatible host is offline instead of offering a Play button that cannot work.

VetraBLOX 0.3.67

- Fixed 2007 client automation and process lifetime pinning for reliable solo play, Studio editing, and multiplayer hosting/joining.
- Added website place creation from starter templates (Baseplate, Flat Plain, Empty) with instant Roblox Studio auto-loading.
- Unified website button and form styling for persistent classic Roblox aesthetic across all pages.
- Added catalog thumbnail renderers for player-uploaded shirts, pants, t-shirts, custom hats, and heads.

VetraBLOX 0.3.66

- Fixed 2007 RobloxModern.exe process detection after COM launch in 64-bit Modern memory mode.
- Improved place upload handling with modern binary .rbxl detection, .rbxlx XML support, and accurate error messages.

VetraBLOX 0.3.65

- Added 2007 Client support with authentic vintage interface, COM automation launcher, and client security patches.
- Support for admin hat creation with embedded scripts and effects.
- Enhanced hat normalization to support raw Parts, Models, and classic hat items.

VetraBLOX 0.3.64

- Future updates download a smaller package of changed files when one is available for your installed version.
- The updater verifies the old launcher and downloaded patch before installing, and uses the full release if a patch does not match.

VetraBLOX 0.3.63

- Avatar thumbnails now get the next render slot ahead of place pictures, and the render service wakes when work arrives.
- Hosts can render two thumbnails at once on PCs with at least eight logical CPUs and enough memory. Older PCs use one worker.
- Existing avatar and place image caches stay keyed to the exact outfit and saved place revision.

VetraBLOX 0.3.62

- Faster avatar rendering and multi-year client support: render your avatar in 2008 Classic or 2009M Modern client profiles.
- Classic 404 page featuring OH NOES! character and authentic vintage Roblox aesthetic.
- Site-wide announcements banner matching vintage Roblox, with live admin management in /Admin.aspx.
- Removed the in-browser Studio. Use "Build in Studio" (the real Studio through the launcher) to edit your places.

VetraBLOX 0.3.61

- In-browser Roblox Studio streaming: edit places directly in your browser with real-time video streaming, classic building tools (HopperBin GameTool, Clone, Delete, Grab), and seamless cloud save.
- Google Gemini AI text appropriateness checking and moderation integration.

VetraBLOX 0.3.60

- Clothing update: shirts and pants now wear natively with full template textures instead of decals on limbs.
- T-shirts wear cleanly as ShirtGraphics without overwriting shirt/pants textures or decals.
- Cleaned up legacy limb clothing decals from character models.

VetraBLOX 0.3.59

- Updates now have their own helper, VetraBLOX Updater. VetraBLOX checks for a new version and hands it to the
updater, which installs it and opens VetraBLOX again. If anything goes wrong, your previous version is kept.
The updater gets its own updates too.

VetraBLOX 0.3.58

- New: the VetraBLOX app. Press "Link with VetraBLOX", approve it on the website, and VetraBLOX opens as an app
with Home, Games, Avatar, Friends and Settings.
  - Games: every game on the website, the busiest first. Press Play to join.
  - Avatar: wear your items, change your body colours and save outfits. It's the same character as on the website.
  - Friends: see who's online and join their game.
  - Settings: your game settings are kept in your account, so they're the same on every computer. You can also
change them on the website's Settings page, or turn this off.
  - The classic launcher (hosting, maps, LAN games, Studio) is under Advanced.

VetraBLOX 0.3.57

- Fixed forcefields flashing super fast at high frame rates. They now glow at their normal speed at any frame rate,
  in 2008 and 2009 games.

VetraBLOX 0.3.56

- New GAMES page: log in to your VetraBLOX account (ACCOUNT) and the launcher opens on the website's games, the
busiest ones first. Press Play on any game to join it, just like on the website.
- The website's Games page now shows the games people are playing at the top, and game pages are simpler.
- Games nobody is playing no longer show an empty server.

VetraBLOX 0.3.55

- Fixed things ending up in different places for different players in 2008 games, like the whale's blocks after
an explosion in Nuke the Whales. Once loose bricks stop moving, everyone now sees them where they really are.

VetraBLOX 0.3.54

- 2008 games look much smoother too: moving things and the camera glide between steps instead of hopping, at any
frame rate. The game itself keeps its original speed. You can turn this off in Options.

VetraBLOX 0.3.53

- The VetraBLOX servers now start a game only when someone joins it, and close it again once everyone has left.
Joining an empty game takes a few extra seconds while it starts.
- Fixed Edit with friends failing before Studio opens with "Lua templates must not contain double quotes."
Applies to both the 2008 and 2009 clients.

VetraBLOX 0.3.52

- Character pictures on the website are framed properly again (some had a big empty space above the character).
- After you change your outfit or edit a place, its old picture stays up until the new one is ready, instead of
disappearing when you reload the page.

VetraBLOX 0.3.51

- 2009 games look much smoother: moving things glide between steps instead of hopping, at any frame rate. The
game itself keeps its original speed, so everyone plays the same game.
- New frame rate choices in OPTIONS: 144, 240 and Unlimited (2009 draws that fast; 2008 goes up to 120 like before).
- If moving things ever look odd in 2009, turn off "Smooth motion" in OPTIONS.

VetraBLOX 0.3.50

- Edit with friends (2009): the toolbox works. Models, parts and skies you pick show up where you're looking,
  for everyone in the session.
- Edit with friends: shorter, plainer messages when you connect and leave.

VetraBLOX 0.3.49

- VetraBLOX updates itself again. Since 0.3.44 the download had grown too big to install, so anyone on an
older version stayed there. If you're still on 0.3.43 or older, this update brings everything since then,
including deleting things in Edit with friends.
- The download is much smaller now (about 290 MB unpacked instead of almost 3 GB).

VetraBLOX 0.3.48

- Play in browser, 2008 games: the game's own buttons (like the safe chat bubble) can be clicked now, and
clicking a tool in the toolbar picks it.

VetraBLOX 0.3.47

- Guests get Safe chat: press Safe chat (or Chat on a phone) and pick what to say from the classic safe chat
menu. Guests wear the guest shirt.
- Play in browser is steadier in 2008 games: the mouse no longer stops working in some games (the cursor,
turning the camera and clicking all go to the game every time).

VetraBLOX 0.3.46

- Play as guest! No account? Press "Play as guest" on a game to play it right in your browser. Guests can't
chat and nothing is saved, and they have their own spots, so up to 4 players and 4 guests can play in the
  browser at the same time.

VetraBLOX 0.3.45

- Games start much faster: places on the VetraBLOX servers and Play in browser now get going in seconds
instead of up to a minute.
- Just press Play! A game that isn't running on a server yet starts one for you, and you join as soon as it's
ready. Newly published places can be played right away.

VetraBLOX 0.3.44

- Edit with friends: deleting things and inserting from the toolbox work now (no more "Insufficient
  permissions").
- Published places show their real names everywhere (the server list, your profile's "Playing", the browser
player and when you join) instead of "Published - 16".
- Play in browser shows what it's doing while the game starts, with a timer, so you know it's still going.

VetraBLOX 0.3.43

- Play on your phone! The website now fits phone screens, and on a phone Play starts the game right in your
browser with touch controls: a stick for walking, drag to look around, tap to click (your tools too), and
buttons for jumping, zooming and chatting. Add the site to your home screen to play full screen.
- Play in browser on a computer:
  - Turning the camera with the mouse works in 2009 games too, and no longer stops after a moment in 2008.
  - The cursor goes exactly where you point, so clicking things works everywhere.
  - Mouse look: press Ctrl (or the Mouse look button) and the camera follows your mouse, great for first person.
- Game pages got closer to the classic look: like or dislike a game, favorite it, and leave comments. Under the
game there are tabs for Commentary, Badges and Active Servers. Each server shows how many are playing, when it
started, who is in it, and its own Play button.

VetraBLOX 0.3.42

- Play in browser got much better:
  - Click the game and the mouse stays with it until you press Esc, and the game shows its own cursor.
  - Turning the camera with the right mouse button works, and so do your tool keys (1-9).
  - Every key goes to the game while you play. Full screen catches even Esc and Ctrl+W (hold Esc to leave).
  - Sound!
  - Smoother edges, both in the game and in your browser, and a sharpened picture when it's made bigger.
- The classic places are now normal places made by the VetraBLOX account, in the same games list as everyone
else's, with visits and the same game page.
- New game pages: a big picture with Play, who made it, when it was made and updated, visits, how many are
playing right now, the description, and the servers running it.
- The games list can show the most visited or the newest games first.

VetraBLOX 0.3.41

- Play in browser! Every game on the VetraBLOX servers now has a "Play in browser" button next to Play. The
game runs on the VetraBLOX server and shows right on the website, so friends can join without installing
anything. Pick the picture size, frame rate, quality and how it fits your screen. Click the game to use your
keyboard, hold the right mouse button to turn the camera, and press "/" to chat. Up to 4 browser players at
a time; if it's full you wait in line. (No sound in the browser yet.)

VetraBLOX 0.3.40

- New: VetraBLOX Setup! Get it from the website's Download page. It's a tiny download that installs the
newest VetraBLOX for you, adds it to your Start menu (and desktop if you like), and shows up in Windows'
installed apps so you can remove it any time. No administrator needed.
- Updates always get the newest version right after it comes out.

VetraBLOX 0.3.39

- Edit with friends! Build a place together, live, in Studio. On your place's page in My Places, add the
friends you want to build with, then click Edit with friends. Everyone sees each other's changes as they
happen (and a coloured block shows where each of you is looking). The place saves by itself every half
minute and when everyone is done. Your friends find the place under "Places shared with you".
Works for 2008 and 2009 places. Please don't press Run while editing together.

VetraBLOX 0.3.38

- 2009 games work again! Joining a 2009 game (also through the website) no longer gets stuck on "Connecting".
- Every game, 2008 and 2009, now uses one game port, and joining through the website works for all of them.
- Updates download much faster and finish properly. If one ever fails, VetraBLOX just opens as usual and
  tries again next time.
- The classic places that come with VetraBLOX now belong to the VetraBLOX account.
- A bigger admin panel on the website: an overview of who's playing, account bans, Tix, and tools for places
  and catalog items.

VetraBLOX 0.3.37

- 2009 games get their picture on the website now (they were stuck on "Rendering place...").

VetraBLOX 0.3.36

- Pictures you put into a place from your own PC (like posters, consoles or game boxes) now show for everyone
in the game, not just in your Studio. The website keeps a copy of each picture when you upload or publish.
- When you're logged in, the character picture in the launcher is your website character, rendered by the
  VetraBLOX server.
- Save, switch and delete outfits on the website.
- Set Tix prices for your items, put them on or off sale, and delete your creations.
- Published games show up in the same Games list as everything else, with their own pictures.
- Smoother high frame rates, and characters move properly again after respawning.
- !reset works as a normal game script now, T-shirts look right, and hats no longer bump into things.

VetraBLOX 0.3.35

- Automatic launcher updates when you start VetraBLOX.
- Publish your places and play them on the home server.
- Upload shirts, pants, T-shirts, faces and hats from Create.
- Add friends, see what they are playing, and join their game.
- Administrator account search and role management.

VetraBLOX 0.3.34

- Full-body website portraits keep feet visible and ignore tiny sky specks when centering the character.

VetraBLOX 0.3.33

- Website character pictures are rendered by the original Roblox client on the home server, including your outfit.
- All bundled maps are offered by the dedicated hosts and start when you click Play.
- New home dashboard, searchable Games/Catalog/People pages, and a Create page for places and models.

VetraBLOX 0.3.32

- Public games run on the VetraBLOX home server. Removed player-hosting prompts from the website.
- Browse Games opens the website from the launcher.
- Includes the 2008 join fix, website connection backup, and model/place publishing from 0.3.31.

VetraBLOX 0.3.31

- Fixed the 2008 client closing when joining an internet server.
- Website Play can connect through the website when the direct game port does not answer.
- Publish models and places to your account from Studio or a saved file. Your models appear in My Models.
- Publishing can update your own existing creations by ID.

VetraBLOX 0.3.30

- Place pictures now come from the real Roblox client renderer.
- Games and place pages have Play buttons that join the server running that place.
- Bundled places no longer show Build or Host buttons. Upload a place to My Places to open your own work in Studio.
- Joining waits for the game server to answer before opening the client.

VetraBLOX 0.3.29

- Places now have picture previews on the website's Games and place pages.
- Profiles show a classic character portrait, active places, items, and a short bio you can edit.
- My Character has a portrait and inventory tabs. Play Solo stays in the launcher, while the website
focuses on joining servers, hosting, and building in Studio.

VetraBLOX 0.3.28

- Everything the launcher does now works from the website too:
  - Play Solo and Build in Studio buttons on every place's page (2008 and 2009).
  - Join a server by its address, or host your own server with the places you pick, from the Games page.
  - Body colours on My Character: your colours and items are what you look like in games you join from the site.
  - A Download page for the launcher, with links that open the launcher right on its pages.
- The launcher asks before it hosts a server or joins an address from a website link.

VetraBLOX 0.3.27

- VetraBLOX now has its own always-on game servers, like other revivals. They show up on the website's
Games page as run by VetraBLOX: just click Play.

VetraBLOX 0.3.26

- Play from the website, like other revivals! Log in to your website account in the new ACCOUNT page,
then click Play on a server in the website's Games page. VetraBLOX opens and joins with your website
name and the outfit you wear on the website.
- Servers you host are listed on the website while they run (you can turn this off in ACCOUNT), so other
people can join them with Play.

VetraBLOX 0.3.25

- Characters told to walk somewhere by a script (NPCs, zombies, "walk to" buttons) gave up after 2 seconds
at 120 FPS. They now keep walking for the full 8 seconds at any frame rate, in both clients.
- Checked at 30 and 120 FPS in both clients: falling, walking, arm swing, waits and timers, rockets, pushing
and turning forces, hinges, explosions and health regeneration all match.

VetraBLOX 0.3.24

- 2009M: high frame rates are smooth now. The game only drew about 60 pictures a second even at 120 FPS;
now every step of the game gets its own picture, like in 2008.
- New graphics options in OPTIONS: smooth edges (anti-aliasing), shadows, and the fullscreen size.
  They work in both clients.

VetraBLOX 0.3.23

- Tool icons, hat textures and other downloaded pictures that showed up blank (or as "unknown format" errors)
  load properly now.
- 2009M: Studio's start page opens instead of "webpage cannot be found".

VetraBLOX 0.3.22

- Fixed servers freezing for a moment every few seconds, which made rockets and other moving things jump.
- 2009M: tool icons show up again, and rockets and other classic gear have their sounds.

VetraBLOX 0.3.21

- Hosting is much lighter. Servers you host no longer draw their world (nobody sees it anyway), so they
stop competing with your own game for your graphics card.
- Places you host now start when someone joins them, and close again after 5 minutes with nobody in them.
Joining a place that isn't running yet takes a few extra seconds while it starts.
- A server hosting three places with nobody in them now uses about a tenth of the computer power it used to.
- Assets that Roblox doesn't hand out anymore are only asked for once per game instead of over and over.

VetraBLOX 0.3.20

- The in-game menu is gone. Type !reset (or /reset) in chat to reset your character, in servers and solo.
- Common assets load now: sounds, meshes and models that maps and gear get from roblox.com are downloaded
once and kept on your PC, like Novetus does.
- High frame rates: rockets, slingshots and other old gear flew too fast at 60-120 FPS; they now behave like
at 30. 2009M physics no longer stops or goes slow-motion when a game gets busy.
- You can pick the frame rate of servers you host in OPTIONS (30 to 120).

VetraBLOX 0.3.19

- New in-game menu in both clients: click Menu (top left) or press Esc for Resume, Reset Character and
Leave Game. It's a stand-in until the real Esc menu.
- 2009M: Fullscreen now fills your whole screen instead of just making the window bigger.
- 2009M: higher frame rates work now, like in 2008. Waits, motors, walking and physics keep the right
speed at 30, 60, 80 and 120 FPS. 2009M servers stay at 30 FPS to keep physics steady.

VetraBLOX 0.3.18

- 2009M: loose parts are handed between players' games 30 times a second instead of 10 (like the classic
2009 servers), for steadier physics on hosted servers.

VetraBLOX 0.3.17

- 2009M servers work properly now: the host's :kick and :ban commands, and Studio's Test menu (start a
server, join it, play solo) all work in 2009M.
- You can't join a server with the wrong client anymore. A 2008 player on a 2009M server (or the other
way round) couldn't see the world at all, and physics looked broken. The launcher now tells you which
  client the server uses.

VetraBLOX 0.3.16

- New client: 2009M! Pick it in the launcher to play solo, host or join with the 2009 game. Everyone in
a server needs to use the same client as the host. It runs at its original 30 FPS for now.
- Fixed servers slowly falling out of sync with players when the server runs at a high frame rate (for
example Studio's test server at 120 FPS). A busy game used to run in slow motion; it now keeps up
  with real time.
- The camera now swings around behind you at the same speed at every frame rate. At 120 FPS it used to
turn 4 times as fast when walking sideways.

VetraBLOX 0.3.15

- The ban server is now just a plain baseplate that never ends, shared by every place on your server.
No more creepy ban lands: banned players get a short message and are moved there right away, and
banned players who join go straight there.

VetraBLOX 0.3.14

- A second way into the ban lands, from another skyboxwhispers recording: the screen goes black, one
broken frame, and you're still on the map, but the sky is black, everyone else is frozen and the
world comes apart around you. Then it's only you in the dark, then a scrolling LOADING screen.
Which way you fall is random.
- The ban lands are bright now, like that recording: pale mirror pillars, a tiled floor, blocks
hanging in the air like broken stairs, and everyone throws a long black shadow.
- Higher frame rates: scripts that animate with wait() (gear, doors, spinners, lots of old maps) ran
up to 4 times too fast at 120 FPS. They now run at the right speed at 30, 60, 80 and 120 FPS.
Jumping and walking were checked too and are the same at every frame rate.

VetraBLOX 0.3.13

- The ban lands' pillars are real mirrors now, lit like the video: deep blue with pale streaks, dark on
the far sides. Their heights vary a lot, and the low ones can be climbed.
- The ban lands run much smoother. Servers no longer draw their own world in the background, which
took a lot of the time the game needs for movement. Every server you host gets faster from this,
  not just the ban lands.
- You can't walk around anymore while the new place is still loading in. You're free again once the
  picture comes back.
- Servers check for commands less often, which removes a tiny hitch that happened twice a second.
- Games running in the background (servers, the avatar preview) never open fullscreen anymore, even
if you left the game fullscreen last time.

VetraBLOX 0.3.12

- Banned players now get to play for about 10 seconds first. It looks like the real game, but it's a
copy with only banned players in it, so they never get near anyone else. Then they fall.
- The fall matches skyboxwhispers much more closely: the picture breaks into growing blocks of harsh
colour, the loading screen has the big blocky letters, "finished ! !" blinks, and the new place
loads in from the top down before one last glitched frame.
- The ban lands are darker and the pillars stand much closer together.

VetraBLOX 0.3.11

- The ban lands are skyboxwhispers now: a dark world beyond the sky, a city of tall pillars made of
sky, everyone there a black shadow called Player, and pale figures that turn and slowly walk
toward you. Every place your server hosts is out there in the dark somewhere.
- Getting banned looks like the video: your picture falls apart, it goes black and silent, a plain
"loading" screen, "please wait !", "finished ! !", and then you are somewhere else, with a health
  bar in the corner.
- Higher frame rates are safe now: things that turn (doors, spinners, wheels) and a few game
timers used to run faster the higher your FPS was. They now run at the same speed at 30, 60,
  80 or 120 FPS.
- Servers are completely quiet now, no more game sounds from the server running in the background.

VetraBLOX 0.3.10

- The way into the ban lands looks like ordinary loading now: whispers, the game freezes, it cuts
somewhere else for a split second, and then the plain loading box says you have entered another
map. Players who are already banned when they join go the same way.

VetraBLOX 0.3.9

- The ban lands are beyond the sky now. Every game your server hosts ends up there as one connected
world: the other places float in the void, marked by tall mirrored pillars, joined by paths you
can't see. Walk where there is nothing.
- Getting banned is a fall: your game freezes, the sky turns red, something whispers, and you drop
out of the sky into the ban lands.
- The ban lands' sky is the game's own sky, gone red. Look at it long enough.

VetraBLOX 0.3.8

- The ban lands got a lot worse. Everyone there is faceless and black, the map slowly rots away,
sounds come from nowhere, the screen glitches, and something keeps showing up. Closer every time.
Some of the messages are codes. Some of them know your name.
- Safer hosting: the host is now whoever plays from the server's own PC, so nobody else can take
over the host commands. Players can't sneak past the ban lands by connecting to a hidden game
directly, and the server can't be used to flood other people.

VetraBLOX 0.3.7

- The ban server has a strange new sky, a low drone and messages to find while you play.
- Server traffic now needs a recent JOIN request before reaching a place.
- Security review: the current user IDs are chosen locally, so bans are for trusted friend groups
until accounts and verified join tickets are added.

VetraBLOX 0.3.6

- Higher frame rates now keep the game running at normal speed: physics, moving parts and motors
follow real time at 30, 60, 80, 120 and 240 FPS. (144 and 165 made physics run too fast or too
slow, so they're gone; your setting moves to the closest one.)
- Fixed the launcher freezing when you pressed JOIN SERVER after getting a server's places.

VetraBLOX 0.3.5

- Play at up to 240 FPS (OPTIONS > Frame rate, 60 by default). The game ran at 30 before.
- Multiplayer feels much snappier: a round trip on one PC went from 110 ms to about 39 ms.
- Hats now show up in multiplayer, for you and for everyone else.
- Clicking outside the game works again: the game no longer keeps hold of the mouse after a click.
- New server: HOST runs one VetraBLOX server on one port, with no extra windows. It can run several
places at once (add them on the HOST page); players pick one under PLAY > Get places.
- The ban server is part of every server. Banned players (by user ID) go straight there and can
never get into the real game. Ban someone with :ban Name in chat and they're moved over in a second.

VetraBLOX 0.3.4

- Faster multiplayer: servers react about 40% quicker (round trip on one PC went from 110 ms to 67 ms),
and a server keeps full speed even when its window is in the background.
- Banned players aren't kicked anymore. They're sent to the ban server instead: the same map under a
blood-red sky, where they can keep playing with the other banned people. >:)
It starts together with your server, on the next port.

VetraBLOX 0.3.3

- Hosting is safer with friends: nobody can join with the same name as someone already playing,
and names that aren't allowed get fixed automatically.
- Host commands: when you host and join your own server, type :kick Name or :ban Name in the chat.
  Only you can use them.
- Banned players list on the HOST page. Banned names can't join your server.

VetraBLOX 0.3.2

- Your avatar picture next to your name is now a proper render of your character, like on the website.
It updates by itself a few seconds after you save a new look.

VetraBLOX 0.3.1

- Restored Play Solo's original window handling. The 0.3 Studio-window layout patch distorted the game.
- Restored the original launcher button styling and preview framing.

VetraBLOX 0.3

- Customize Character now responds to left or right mouse drag, arrow keys, mouse wheel, and reset view.
Saving uses the live 3D frame for your portrait, so it appears immediately and stays after restarting.
- Game windows let the mouse reach the taskbar instead of confining it; turn this off in OPTIONS if needed.
- The packaged launcher now runs on supported 32-bit and 64-bit Windows PCs.

VetraBLOX 0.2

- Added Low latency timing in OPTIONS to reduce delays from coarse Windows timers while playing.
It turns off when the game loses focus, and you can disable it for older or battery-powered PCs.
- Added an optional Modern memory mode for 64-bit Windows. The classic client is still included.
- Added a Free Models set in Studio: put .rbxm files in %APPDATA%\RobloxRevival\free-models.
- Added a full build and automated check script for more reliable releases.

VetraBLOX 0.1

- Play the 2008 client: host a server, join a friend, play solo or open Studio.
- Customize Character: body colours, 218 hats (wear up to 3), 70 faces, 19 heads, 34 T-shirts,
51 shirts and 36 pants, shown live in 3D. Drag to turn your character, scroll to zoom.
Your look is used in every game, and your avatar picture shows next to your name.
- Maps: 13 classic 2008 maps included (Crossroads, Sword Fights on the Heights, Rocket Arena...).
Add your own .rbxl files, Novetus map packs work too.
- Studio toolbox with the classic sets: Bricks, Robots, Chassis, Tools, Furniture, Roads, Skyboxes,
  Billboards and Game Objects.
- Respawning after you die, and no more "save changes?" when leaving a game.
- Your name shows up in multiplayer games (no more everyone being "Player").
- Saved servers, so your friends are one click away.
- Safer than the original client: it only talks to VetraBLOX, never to sites pretending to be it.
